The hotel's location is quite central and ideal for exploring the town. the rooms are sufficient, with functional furniture that is comfortable enough for a short stay. the bathroom was clean enough to use, though basic in design. Breakfast was adequate, either at a nearby coffee shop or in-house restaurant.

The staff was not always helpful or accommodating with requests, which detracted from the overall experience.

Celebrated my Easter break at a hotel that met my expectations. Love the fact that it is located nearby the city center, where I could explore the local surroundings. The hotel offered a clean and pleasant stay, which was a plus. , the breakfast served was adequate that had an extensive selection of food that I could choose from. What was also appreciative is that the hotel's staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

The only downside of this hotel was that the Wi-Fi service was password protected, which meant that everyone had to ask for their username and password. , the hotel had no reception service, which was a downer.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm and cozy rooms with comfortable mattresses that gifted us with a sound sleep. the location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from a stunning park and beautiful lake, which we enjoyed exploring. the breakfast served in a nearby cafe was delicious and offered plenty of options for us to choose from to start our day.

The bathroom was quite small and outdated, reminding us of the old socialist times. we were disappointed that the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and not reliable.

the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were really good, clean and well maintained. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

Nothing could have been better.

Great location, calm nights, nice rooms, soft beds, close to palace and park.
